  1. "Art is I, science is we" -I think it means Art is something personal.A poet, an artist, a sculptor, a dancer show their personal feelings in their work whereas science is something completely different.Science is the product of many minds working together or developing the previous inventions. For example, Ada Lovelace was the first woman programmer. Her recast himself helped Alan Turing to invent the first computer. As a result, we, people, use their joint creation. Compare with Leonardo Da Vinci pairing The Mona Lisa was created the prolific artist all by himself and nobody had an idea to improve it and to add some colors. That's how I understand it.

  2. "Science may have found a cure for most evils; but it has found no remedy for the worst of them all - the apathy of human beings."
I guess it means that science has its limits. Our opinion is that scientists can find all the «cures». Unfortunatally, they can’t really do that, as everyones psychology is completely different. This kind of information is out of their reach, because it has no borders, it’s individual. Apathy is something that I’d say can’t be cured. In my opinion the quote means that no-one, but only human’s own soul can help them to get over such a deep life problem.

    1. Thank you Lisa for your undersyanding that apathy is a problem. There are so many people who don't care. That's why good can't defeat evil nowadays.

  3. "Science is not only a discipline of reason but, also, one of romance and passion."-I agree with this phares. It's very hard to discribe this words but i think if we watch at some scientist films or read some books about scientists we can see that this peoples do not talk about the sciens as Formulas or equations. For them science it's like for an artist his brush or for poets - there's books. For scientist - science means something more than for smart human.

  4. Stephen Hawking thinks that "Science is not only a discipline of reason but, also, one of romance and passion." I agree with him to some extent. A lot of scientists are very unordinary people, they are geniuses. And their relation to there work, to the science is quite tender, loving, sentimental. They are simply in love in what they are doing. Science is the only direction in their lives. For them science is not just work, it's their romance and passion.

  5. "Art is I; science is we." I think art for everyone and there is something personal when we dont need to prove anything but science is something that a lot of people do, science - when all people are trying to prove something and scientists are try to develope their skills. Art is something created by one person, science is something that involves a lot of people, ideas and theories. Thats my opinion.

  6. "Science is not only a discipline of reason but, also, one of romance and passion". It's very interesting idea. I think all scientists not only a workers, they're something more than an ordinary people. They are, maybe, a little bit artists, because they are trying to create something new, like a artists. That why I think that Science is not only a discipline of reason It's a little bit art...

  7. "Science may have found a cure for most evils; but it has found no remedy for the worst of them all - the apathy of human beings." Of course, I can agree that science makes people a little bit less "soft" and little bit depressive may be, due to fact their facing the fact that they're may be alone in universe, or that they will never see other star systems because they're too far from us, or that there is no "god" wich is protecting them, no any kind of "soul" and e.t.c. But they also become more objective, so that they can do right things without any illusions of if they're decision bad or not. Also, some people think that science is some kind of evil, because it causes our planet "dying". But I think, that science is only helping us, because "death" of our planet is something unavoidable, but with science humanity will at least have a small chance to find new one.

  8. "The science of today is the technology of tomorrow". Edward Teller
I think it means that people who are working today in many countries make a lot of helpful things that we will be using everyday in the future. For example Internet, one day some people invent it and nowadays a lot of people all over the world use it every day.

  9. "Mathematics should be taught only then that she mind in order" - M. V. Lomonosov . I agree with this science quote and find this interesting because it can help us to answer the question: "Why do we need school mathematics?" Mathematics is the most important, necessary and useful science. It teaches us not only to simply count, but also helps to develop thinking. After all, a person is born without the ability to think, only with the makings to him.

  10. "Equipped with his five senses, man explores the universe around him and calls the adventure Science." ~ Edwin Powell Hubble.
That quote means that people can fell everything around themselves – wind, sun, rain, etc. But also everything is connected with science – the speed of wind, its strength, strength of the rain, temperature of the sun. It's all about science. People must have only their basic feelings with them to understand science. Everyone of us opens something new every day, even if he doesn't know about it. It's easy – you must be just an ordinary guy to be the hero of the world, by the way. The hero of the entire world or of your world.
