My dream house it's not a SUPER BIG CASTLE which would have 1000 rooms and etc.If i had a chance to create a dream "Smart" house it will be a small two-storied house with garage,pool in background.I think it will have White-Brown color.What about inside part of the home.Okey,let's start with the first floor, it will be a "total" floor where was the Kitchen,Cinema Room and maybe...toilet??.What about second floor it will be a "hotel" floor where was the 3-4 bedrooms with TV's,showers,sockets,tables,cupboards and of course the security of fire - gas leaks sensors and smoke sensors.Let's back to the first floor.In the cinema room i will have a Big TV Set,air conditioner.What about security part i will have a 3.5 Master panel,cameras ( outside ),SOS buttons and smart windows.And of course i will have a Wireless internet modem ( Wifi ).
I don't think my life would be any different if I'd lived in a fancy futuristic house. It wouldn't be that big or fancy. I'd buy some cool furniture, like a toilet with a built-in bidet, an oven that doesn't burn your food, auto-restocking fridge etc. I would need a work space with a PC and some "Chair 2.0" that would fix my back, but that's unrealistic. The house would have the "smart house" functionality that's available right now.
My smartest house of the future is unusual two-storey house. Inside they are: large jacuzzi in a secret basement room(I am inviting famous Hollywood actors and stars here every weekend to have a private party), also in the first floor you can enjoy five tennis tables for training sessoins, two billiard tables with awesome cues in leisure room. My smart house is a house that would save the owner time, energy and money. Well, to be honest my house will look like some sort of detached house near Moscow. At my smart home my life would be different because my smart home can run your bath and tell you a bedtime story and turn off the light. Also you can say " Please, could you go shopping to have some breakfast? " - and smart home would look in the fridge, and kitchen cabinets, call the store and the food will be delivered for five minutes. Actually, I want to have not а smart house but а smart flat.It's very comfortable and safe.There is a good security system with the sos signal.You can control the flat with your telephone.There are soundproof walls, so you can listen to music to the full and not be afraid of complaining neighbours. Also, there are temperature panels, regulated curtains and a video system with the most advanced cameras. As for domestic applainces I would have a robot vacuum cleaner and a dish washer which can be filled with dirty plates itself.A good idea is the heated floor in all the rooms because I can't stand it when it's cold. It's very convenient to live in such a flat)
An idyllic and smart house of mine will be located in Italy. Somewhere in a small city like Bolzano. All around the house is a green garden full of fruit trees and a lovely edged lawn. I imagine a warm, sunny weather, the birds twittering on the trees. And through the kitchen window you can observe a marvelous & picturesque scenery of the lake Garda. And I'm standing near the cooker and making "carbonara" pasta. This house will be fully automated and I want to have a special function in it "to clap hands", which will switch on the light or switch it off. Next function is my favourite - a "starry sky" on the walls and on the ceiling of the room. It will immerse you into the space. It's so nice to relax while you are in low spirits. Isn't it a great function? Security of this house is another advantage. You can unlock the house with a fingerprint, if you lose your keys. Of course noone cancels necessary technologies like: a washing machine, a dish washer, an autotic vacuum cleaner which will be masked under a beautiful vase with flowers. It will clean dust while you are walking along the bank of the lake with your family. Awesome! This is the house of my dream. (´• ω •`)
My favorite type of house is a cottage in which I can place gym, 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets and a kitchen. It will be a two-storied house with garden, garage and a pool. There will be a good security system and a gas leaks sensors. It will have blue or white color. My smart home may control lighting, temperature, multi-media, security, window and door operations, as well as many other functions. There I will know that I am In safety.
My dream smart house will be a 2-story house with a basement and it's design will be conteporary and simple at the same time. I'd like it to be located on the outskirts of a big city. There will be a home cinema in the basement of my house. On the first floor, there will be a lot of space. The living room, kitchen, dining room will be located on the first floor. The walls will be colored in white. The house will be very comfortable and safe, as it will have high security sysytem. Also the house will be fully automated, so that you can control everything like temperature, lightning etc. through the special controller.On the second floor, my house will have 4 rooms and 3 bathrooms. All the cleaning staff will be fully automated too. For example when you go out your vacuum cleaner will clean all the house and the washing machine will wash all the dishes. All the technologies will be easy to use. My smart house is very simple but it's still really convenint.
I honestly don't know what would I like to have in my smart-house, so may be the only special thing I would like to have in it is AI, wich will make house more flexible and adapt environment in it for me and the situation.

as for me, my dream house is a medium-sized house on the outside it will resemble like a hunting house.inside there will be horns, fur, stuffed of different animal,a pool table, a wine cellar, a small reading room and a living room in which will be a coffee table with a fireplace, a TV and a spacious sofa and it will have many features such as voice command for example to turn down the lights in the house, etc. house I would like to build somewhere in the forest in wich you could come with friends and just spent your free time and relaxed from the bustle of the city
If I was able to build a real smart house of my dream, it would something first of all cool and spacious. It will be probably 3-story house with big windows, modern and comfortable furniture. There will be gym, swimming pool, probably kitchen and a bathroom on the first floor. On the second floor I would like to have about 4 bedrooms to make it possible for my friends to come over and stay for the night, also maybe something like small cinema and one small very comfort and quite room with soft sofa fireplace a lot of books on the shells and really big window. On the third floor I would like to have something really cool and funny maybe even kind of waterslide and spacious room with fridge, a lot of tables, armchairs and sofas with laud music center and large TV.
I think that my smart house will be outside the city. It will be big and two-story for the family with mom, dad with two children. It will incorporate technology "energy-saving house". This means that the house will produce and conserve electricity when consumed, extract and purify drinking water, and other technologies. And in the house the dream of any person will work - MODEL 3000 "Robot-master".
Smart house is a great thing that probably will help our life in the future. There are already some smart houses – their actions are controlled by little stations, which listen to your words and do everything according them. It is a good chance to make your life easier – you can come home, say something and everything will be done in an hour or less. My smart house will look like an ordinary one-story house. It won't be very big. Its style will be modern eco, there will be a lot of light wood and plants. There will be one big room with little partitions around, which will be dividing house into so called rooms with halfs of walls. Special thing will control everything there, life will be simple as always, but this little thing will make my life easier. Little thing looking like a cardboard box will help me to relax after my hard day. It may seem unbelievable, but it's the future, and this future is already now.
